David, this was one of the most unique and awakening experience of my 'dance life' and I genuinely think that all dancers (and no dancers) could only grow from learning these 'basics' - if it is any basics at all to let the body feel without involving the mind... This is really the essence of dancing - with or without a partner... presence and curiosity within and about the other...
